Through the implementation of advanced crystal polymorph control technologies, CO2 emitted from cement production is effectively utilized to facilitate the carbonation of a portion of the clinker, resulting in the generation of a multifunctional CaCO3-riched materials that can be used as an addition of cement to produce new reactive CaCO3-rich cementitious materials.

Low-Carbon Sustainable Permeable Concrete for Urban Drainage

 

A high-performance eco-permeable concrete was developed by using local waste materials. With high strength and good water permeability, the product can bring about various environmental benefits, including reducing waterlogging due to stormy weather, reducing waste disposal at landfills, improving air and groundwater quality, recharging water in the soil for plant growth, mitigating the urban heat island effect and reducing road noise.

Low-Carbon Lightweight Concrete Based for MiC (Modular Integrated Construction)

Low-carbon lightweight concrete is developed with various local solid wastes, such as waste glass, incinerated sewage sludge ash, and fly ash.
